Healing Your Ancestral Wounds

On this episode of the Ambitchious Podcast, I am going to be schooling you on how to break generational curses and ancestral wounds so that you can live life Ambitchiously. Most toxic patterns have been showing up generation after generation without fail. Some of these patterns are extremely toxic and have their roots buried deep in trauma and abuse of all kinds, mental, physical, and even sexual. Others are more subtle with smatterings of guilt, manipulation, compulsion, hypnotic rhythms, and control. These patterns can be physical actions or even subconscious spewings of your mouth through words with your significant other, children, friends, and coworkers about why you can’t do something, your shortcomings, or even your lack of money and worth. Even though we may feel deep inside that these behaviors are toxic we tend to replicate or polarize the behaviors that we were programmed with from not only our parents or caregivers but passed down through generations upon generations of people whom we may never even have heard of or knew.
